November Foods + Macros

Hi! Here is some food I ate regularly in November that is good for you and didn’t turn out looking like shit

Egg White French Toast 

This is a post-workout meal for me, high carb, moderate protein and low fat.

  • 2 Slices Vogels Extra Thick Fruit Toast
  • 50ml Egg Whites
  • ½ Banana (I pan-fried mine, 20/10)
  • 50g Mixed Berries (If you’re a lazy bitch like me, microwave some frozen ones)
  • 30ml Queen Sugar Free Syrup

This doesn’t need a title. It’s Rice Cakes with stuff on it…

I’m going to be real with you on this one, low fat cottage cheese tastes like ass (e.g. bitter) I covered it up with balsamic and was fine but you may need to be creative. 

  • Rice Cakes
  • Tomatoes
  • Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • Balsamic

Protein Pancakes

Okay these are amazing because they’re versatile. You can add egg whites for a fluffier pancake if you want to amp up the protein, you can add less or more oats depending on your needs (just balance it out with the water) 

  • 80g Rolled Oats
  • 30g NZ Whey
  • 1 Medium Banana Banana
  • Water
